About Chalet Fondue Established in 1985, and located in Windham, NY, the Chalet Fondue serves the finest in German, Swiss, and American Cuisine. The Rooms
nIn the garden room, you may dine amidst green plants and a restful atmosphere. The wine cellar offers a Kachelofen (traditional ceramic wood stove), European wine barrels and soothing candlelight. The green room is delightfully whimsical, with electric artwork, comfortable benches, and beautifully appointed tables.
The Staff
Our well-trained chef presides over Chalet Fondue’s kitchen and excels when it comes to daily specials; such as fresh fish and duck just to name a few. His innovative recipes make a rack of lamb or veal shank something to write home about.
