Uwe’s is tucked around the corner from the main street on the edge of a neighborhood. Our regular customers come from throughout the Pikes Peak region and Denver. For 34 years, we’ve been providing a comfortable, family atmosphere and authentic German dishes at reasonable prices. Our customer favorites are jager schnitzel, sauerbraten, and goulash served with side dishes such as potato dumplings, red cabbage, and homemade spaetzle. For lunch, we offer a variety of sandwiches and several of our most popular entrees.
