- Oktoberfest-inspired food: sausage options provided by NDSU Meat Science, German sides provided by WÏ‹rst Bier Hall, and Bavarian almonds provided by Perfectly Nuts
- Beverages: Swing Barrel Brewing beer, German wines with optional bottle service, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages including pop, milk, coffee and water.

The purchase of an event ticket includes a meal with choice of sausage or hot dog, sides and one non-alcoholic beverage (pop, water or milk) and access to all Sausage Fest activities on the event grounds. Additional beverages including beer; wine; seltzers; and non-alcoholic drinks, additional food, and Sausage Fest-exclusive merchandise will be available for purchase throughout the event or until supplies last.
