Prepare to enjoy a night out on the Farm inspired by the famous Kölsch breweries of Cologne, Germany!
Once you have arrived at 1812 Farm Brewery, please report to the inside bar to check in, receive a coaster and your own custom 1812 stange! A “stange” is the traditional serving glassware for Kölsch, it’s 200ml (7oz) and designed to keep beer cold.
The rest is easy! Sit down, relax, and enjoy your beer in the biergarten (patio) with great company! Our wonderful Köbes (servers) will be walking around with a tray of fresh Kölsch!
Once they notice that your glass is low, they will automatically place a fresh glass down and mark your coaster.
This service ensures that your beer never gets warm, your glass never goes empty, and you never leave the company of your table! Our Köbes will be walking around the entire evening replacing fresh glasses of Kölsch.
To stop this service, simply place your coaster on top of the glass to let them know you have had your fill!
Following the food service and an initial round of drinks, there will be small presentation following by Q&A on Kölsch beer, and the culture that surrounds this wonderful drink
from our own German trained brewmaster at 6pm !
Price per ticket will be $40.
This includes your meal, an 1812 Farm Brewery stange glass
to take home, and your first stange of Kölsch !
After the initial beer all stange of Kölsch will be $2.50 per 200ml stange.
At the end of your evening you will take your coaster up to the register and close out. Your tab is calculated by the amount of marks on your coaster (any missing coaster is considered a $35 tab)
Food will be a delicious German inspired plate
