1. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Uber/Lyft pickup and drop off is at Myers Rd/52nd Drive S and Lantana Road.
FREE Parking is located on Haverhill Road at 3 schools, Diamond View Elementary, Tradewinds Middle and Heritage Elementary. All will have free shuttle service (via Molly’s Trolley’s) to the club.
$20 parking charged at the Club and at Buttonwood Park on Lantana.
We STRONGLY recommend that you ride share, as parking is limited.
2. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No age limits for this event. ID is required for the purchase of any alcoholic beverages.Â
3. Do I need to print my ticket?Â
This is strongly encouraged to get you in as quickly as possible. You can show your ticket in print or electronic form.
4. What can/can’t I bring to the event?
You are welcome to bring your own beer stein. However, any kind of weapon or food and drink Items are prohibited on the premises. No pets including emotional support pets are allowed on the event other than licensed service dogs with proper documentation. Â
Only small, personal bags are permitted; no backpacks, no large bags, no coolers. The organizer will reserve his rights to perform bag checks.
5. Can I receive a refund if it rains?
Event occurs rain or shine. No refunds will be given the day of the event. Event is held under our pavilion and tent, with plenty of room to spread out in our picnic area.
6. Carnival ride tickets for the kids?
You may purchase carnival ride wristbands at the event. Cost is $25 for unlimited rides.
