Course 1: Paired with Hacker Pshorr Dunkel
Creamy velvety smooth beer cheese dip, grilled juicy bratwurst sausage, a home-made soft and chewy German pretzel and “Toadly” house spicy mustard.
Course 2: Paired with Paulaner Weiss
Light, tender, crispy veal schnitzel served with pillowy herb infused spaetzle, silky soft poached egg, fresh local microgreens, and a light burst of lemon.
Course 3: Paired with Oktoberfest Ale
Slow simmered beef roulade stuffed with sauteed onions peppered bacon ,pickle, course grainy mustard, ultra rich beer jus, ,braised red cabbage, crushed new baby potatoes tossed in her butter.
Course 4: Served with Schofferhofer Radler
Flaky sweet and spiced apple strudel. Crisp granny smith apples, beer-soaked raisins, and toasted almonds. Lightly dusted and served with vanilla ice cream.
