- Stir package #1 in 1 â…“ cup room temperature water in a large bowl until dissolved and pour into the breadmaker.
- Add package #2 and then #3 to the breadmaker.
- Set breadmaker to dough program and start (should be about 1 hour and 30 minutes).
- Divide dough into 10 pieces and shape into rounds/ovals, place on a baking sheet, and dust with flour. Cut ¼ inch deep gap on top.
- Preheat oven to 475°F with the empty metal pan on the bottom.
- When the oven reaches 475°F place rolls on the middle rack and pour 1 cup cold water in a hot metal pan on the bottom.
- Reduce temperature to 425°F and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove rolls and let rest for 3-5 minutes.
