Fro those that read the article on how to get German Bread if you don't have a German Grocery Store near you, here is the follow up.

We received the package of the German breads and to our surprise it does not come frozen in some sort of container with dry ice. It does require for you to freeze the breads immediately once you receive them, unless of course you are going to bake them right away. We froze ours since we did not have time that evening. When it comes time to bake the bread you have to let it sit overnight to thaw it out. The Kaiser Rolls do not require thawing they are baked frozen. Make sure you plan accordingly with the bread.

To bake the frozen Kaiser Rolls preheat your oven to 400F degrees, put them in for about 12 minutes and they are ready to take out. Let them cool a bit and enjoy.

Once the bread is thawed out put it in a preheated 350F oven for 12-15 minutes. We had ours in for 15 minutes. Then let it cool down for 5-10 minutes before cutting into it.
A little tip that I learned a while back is to have a cookie sheet in the bottom of the oven and once the oven reaches temperature to pour a cup of water on it.
This creates some steam in the oven and keeps the crust from getting too hard. This is not necessary just something I like to do.

German Bread Freshly Cut

To the flavors; both were very good for being baked at home with no real effort from us. That being said, it is very close to fresh bakery bread and is a great alternative for those who do not have a German grocery store or shop anywhere near them. It is a bit pricey if you just order one due to the high shipping but if you order several to freeze the shipping gets tollerable.
